  • Not at all. Chrono Health is committed to providing essential health management tools to patients for free. Our goal is to empower you on your health journey without any financial burden.

  • To delete your records, simply go to your profile section, go to “Account” and select the "Delete Account" option.

  • We're here to help! You can contact our friendly customer support team by emailing hello@chronohealth.io. They'll assist you promptly with any queries you may have when using Chrono Health.

  • Your health records are your private information. At Chrono Health, we prioritize your privacy and security. Only you and healthcare professionals you authorize will have access to your records.

  • Unfortunately you are not able to currently login via desktop. However, we are working hard to enable you to do so soon!

  • You can easily share your health records by clicking "share your health records" on the homepage. After, just simply select the timeframe in which your health records will be shared. Provide the code to your health practitioner to get started!

  • You can add a wide array of medical records to your profile, including symptoms, medications, lab tests, imaging, procedures and hospitalizations. The more information you add, the better you can manage your health.

  • Absolutely. Your records are stored securely with advanced encryption and access controls. We take your data privacy seriously and follow strict security protocols to keep it safe.

  • Currently, Chrono Health is available solely in Portuguese and, in Portugal as of today. However, we're continuously expanding, so stay tuned for updates on availability in your region.

  • Yes, the sharing process is designed with your privacy in mind. We use secure methods to ensure that only authorized individuals, such as healthcare professionals you trust, can access your information.

  • Yes, you can view a log of who accessed your timeline within the app. This transparency helps you stay in control of your data. You can also manage active sessions, and log them out as you wish. You can find this under the “Profile” Tab in the “Shared Sessions” option.

  • At the moment, you have to delete your record and manually input it again. We are working extremely hard to make this a seamless experience for you.

For Health Practitioners:

  • By simply typing the code you have received from a patient on our website!

  • No you do not need to signup or register with your credentials. With a couple clicks, you are able to view your patients' timeline & history without having to log in or signup.

  • Chrono Health provides you with a comprehensive view of your patients' health records, allowing for more informed diagnoses and treatment plans.

  • Yes, you can use Chrono Health in multiple settings.

  • Chrono Health helps you better prepare for appointments by giving you access to your patients' medical history. This can lead to more efficient and effective patient visits.

  • You'll have access to your patients' medical records, including test results, prescriptions, treatment history, and relevant health information they choose to share with you.
